Merry Christmas

As the end of the year approaches, we like to take a moment to reflect what worked, what didn’t, and how we can continue to do better.

After reviewing our goals, costs, suppliers, payroll, and financials, we arrive at what truly matters most: our staff the meat and potatoes of our company. We ask ourselves the important questions: Did we make a difference? Did we contribute to our team and our community in a meaningful way?

Life is sometimes difficult, yet it is always beautiful. What a blessing it is to build connections and help create experiences for the most important moments in people’s lives—weddings, birthdays, engagements, business milestones, celebrations of life, and everything in between. What an honor it is to step into your world, even if only for a few hours. Through food and service, we get to offer something truly special: love...the most important thing in the world, now more than ever. Love and connection.

I am proud to say our team is committed to bringing it every single time. We are deeply committed to one another as well. Our wins are shared, and so are our challenges.

In these ever-changing times, connection matters. This year gave us countless opportunities and events to do just that. As we look ahead, we do so with optimism, gratitude, and hope for the year to come and for all of us.
