Consisting of corn and flour tortillas, strips of chicken and beef, sour cream, pickled red onion, guacamole, queso fresco, chips, and salsa.
CARVING STATION
Shaved sirloin (NY Striploin ++, Rib Eye/Prime R ++, Beef Tenderloin ++), with mashed potatoes, caramelized, onions, mushrooms, and peppers.

Homemade freshly made churros with chocolate and caramel sauce.
Recommended a maximum of 3 to 4 food stations.
